01Why Can’t I Open the Package While the Courier Is Still There?
We totally understand your curiosity — and honestly, we love that you're excited to receive your Juju piece!

From our upgraded packaging to the details inside, everything is designed to make your unboxing experience special. We want you to enjoy your order in your own space, take your time trying it on, styling it, and fully experiencing what Juju is all about.

02When Will My Order Ship?
Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 working days, excluding Fridays and Saturdays (our weekend).
You can also find the estimated delivery date mentioned under each product page.
03When Will I Receive Tracking Information?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking email containing your shipment details.
You can track your order anytime using the tracking link available on our website.
04How Long Does Delivery Take?
Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
We ship through Bosta or Aramex depending on your location to ensure the best delivery experience.
05Can I Return or Exchange My Order?
Yes. You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The original tag is still attached.
- All packaging contents are included.
- The item has not been purchased during a sale period.
06What Happens in Case of a Partial Return?
If you choose to return only part of your order and keep the remaining items:
- You will only be responsible for the courier return pickup fee.
- If your order originally qualified for a bundle discount or promotional offer, and the return causes the offer conditions to no longer apply, the remaining items will be recalculated at their original prices before the discount.
- The difference will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Refunds are processed via Instapay or Mobile Wallet within 5 business days.
