Refund & Exchange Policy

Delivery Rules & Opening Packages

Opening packages upon delivery is not allowed.

We want you to enjoy the full unboxing experience in your own space — and to keep the process fair and consistent for everyone.

Order Confirmation & Payment
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders must be confirmed via WhatsApp within 24 hours of placing the order. Unconfirmed orders will be automatically cancelled.
  • Customers with a history of cancelled orders or a low acceptance rate with courier companies may be required to pay a deposit online to confirm future orders.
  • Accounts with frequent order cancellations may be automatically blocked from placing Cash on Delivery orders. In such cases, only online payment methods will be accepted.
  • To be removed from the blocklist, customers must successfully receive and pay for more orders than they cancel.
Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is in its original condition.
  • The original Juju tag remains attached.
  • All original packaging and contents are returned.
Only one exchange OR one refund request per order
Partial Returns & Bundle Offers

If you choose to return part of your order while keeping other items:

  • The customer is responsible for the courier pickup fees for the returned item(s).
  • If the original order benefited from a bundle discount or promotional offer, and the return causes the offer conditions to no longer apply, the remaining items will be recalculated at their original prices before the discount.
  • Any price difference will be deducted from the refund amount.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items returned without their original tags.
  • Damaged items due to misuse after delivery.
  • Items returned without meeting the conditions outlined above.
Shipping Fees & Refund Process

Exchanges

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping fees for the replacement exchange order.

Full Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Return shipping fees will be waived only if the item received is defective or incorrect due to an error on our side.

Packaging Fee

If an item is returned without its original packaging, an additional fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Method & Processing Time

Refunds are processed exclusively through:

  • InstaPay
  • Mobile Wallets
Processed within 5 business days after the item is received & inspected
Sale Period Policy

Items purchased during sale periods may only be returned or exchanged within 24 hours of receiving the order.
